Portfolio companies include Roblox (IPO), 10x Genomics (IPO), Zillow (IPO), SurveyMonkey (IPO→M&A), Zipcar (M&A), Zulily (IPO→M&A), GoFundMe, Toss, Niantic, Wealthsimple, Lynda.com (M&A), Ancestry.com (IPO→M&A), RayzeBio (IPO→M&A), etc. Prior to joining Meritech, worked as an entrepreneur and outside director (served on 8 boards). As COO of Ancestry.com, grew revenue from under $10 million to over $150 million, converting annual losses of tens of millions into annual profits of tens of millions. Served as CEO of Cendant Japan and GaiaOnline, both achieving $20 million in sales and profitability within 3 years. Also worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Benchmark Capital and briefly served as a senior executive at AIG.
